This is a post I started working on when I was testing out a Quantum character. As I've discovered, I'm more of a "Tank" kinda guy (and most of my toons are tanks), so as visually appealing as the Quantum power set is, I've returned to my strengths. Still, also wanted to show off another OC (original character), Olympia (for her originator, Mr. James Campos / Cobray).
